Installation
1. Download files
2. Put the privatemessages.smx file into your servers \addons\sourcemod\plugins\
3. Put the privatemessages.phrases.txt file into your servers \addons\sourcemod\translations\
4. Put the privatemessages.mp3 file into your servers \csgo\sound\nocky\
5. Restart your server
