New HeadBox, now you can put box on person head (it prevents screaming
New Offering Cash, sometimes person may offer you cash to release him
Peds Report, now if any person see you kidnapping anyone, they will report
Added new animation for npcs when reporting

Controls:
E - Cuff/Uncuff
G - Grab/Release
K - Put Npc Into Vehicle (While grabbing and close to vehicle)
H - Put Box On Person Head/And you can take it off
MENU KEY: F2 (Menu needed for bugs, if you had a bug or issue while grabbing or cuffing npc, this menu will help you fix the issue, only by one button)
