This plugin allows terrorist to make fair free rounds for everyone. All players are able to use only knifes and terrorists can't press any buttons at all. Before free round takes place, there is all-player voting if they want it or not. Terrorist's select options are counted twice. There is delay of "x" rounds between free rounds (configurable by cvar)

Cvars
freerun_wait_rounds 0-∞ - Delay between free rounds (default: 5)

say /free or /freeround - Start freeround vote
