EJ's, Jack9 Server Chime v1.9 (Time Display/Speech)

Plugin displays Time and Date in 15 Minutes, 30 Minutes, or 1 Hour intervals. Also gives a beep and speaks the time to clients, which you can configure.

*** Versions 1.9 and above have different cvar commands ***

COMMANDS
Client:
say "time" in chat (wo quotes)
Server:
"time" in console (wo quotes)
