[CS:GO] killing messages and sounds

Hello everybody the little CSGO plugin for you. There are 5 kills message and 5 special kills messages. Like some Online Gaming, CS Online, Crossfire. About 1 year ago,I had made this plugin for CS:S . This year Valve produce CS:GO And MM:S support this platform.
