Punishments v 0.1 by Radiance
This plugin includes some punishments like in ATAC, but you can use them by using console.
Console Commands:
amx_drug <name or #userid> <1|0> - if 2nd. param. set to 1, targeted's player FOV (field of view) will be changed to 140, and this fov will be on player(every round), until admin set 2nd param. to 0.
amx_blind <name or #userid> <1|0> - if 2nd. param. set to 1, targeted's player screen will be dark, and this dark scrren will be on player(every round), until admin set 2nd param. to 0.
amx_light <name or #userid> - kills targeted player with lightning and smoke effect
amx_badaim <name or #userid> <1|0> - sets targeted player hitzones to 0, until admin set 2nd param. to 0. Target can't deal damage from fire weapon(only knife and grenade).
amx_drop <name or #userid> - drops player until it dies like in ATAC
