Bad Spawns Preventer

On some maps happens what not enough spawn-points, and when you get respawned in other player spawn-point, one of you gotta be killed, this plugin prevents this. Also this plugin prevents stucking in any solid objects, for example you edited spawns and missed one into ground, you will be automaticly unstucked.

I was getting player flags twice, moved to right place and its only once now

Removed Ham_Killed forward because it wasnt used
Now hooking TakeDamage between Pre/Post player spawns, saves memory usage
