CS Bank

You can only have $16,000 max in cs normally. However this plugin adds a little bank hud that is right there in the bottom right hand corner.
You now can only hold $10,000
Bank can hold infinate
If you go below $10,000 the money from your bank will fill it back up to $10,000 (Provided you have enough $ to fill it back up)
If you have $20 in bank, and u spend $30, you will have $0 in bank and $9,990 in normal Hud.
CVARs:
bank_save - determines whether or not the bank saves into a config file or just resets itself on new map / client disconnect
1=save 0=don't save (Default: 1)
