Grenade Touch Damage

When player throws an any grenade and it touches player then he will receive some damage ( if both players from same team and mp_friendlyfire 0, damage would'nt be done ), if player will kill other player in this way he will receive an frag, and if he TK then he will lost his one frag

grenade_touch_dmg 0/1 - enable/disable the plugin (default: 1)
