[CS:GO] Discord Invitelink with translations file | !discord/!dc

Hey,
so I havent found this exact plugin yet so I decided to release my own
This plugin posts your Discord-Link when writing !dc or !discord.
I have included a translations file, so you can easily change the link when needed.
I also included multicolors.
