Installation of body tattoos: Open OpenIV and follow this path x64v.rpfmodelscdimagesped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf then drop the files in and you're done!
Installation of face tattoos: Open OpenIV and follow this path x64v.rpfmodelscdimagesstreamedpeds_players.rpfplayer_two then drop the files in and you're done!
Face tattoos are only replaced for Trevor; the other characters will have to wait for new versions.
